Changes and Additions Committee

The Changes and Additions Committee is tasked with reviewing proposed changes to the external appearance of any unit in the neighborhood for compliance with the pattern book and subsequent guidelines adopted by the board of trustees. Homeowners considering changes such as outside color schemes, new patios, playgrounds, porches, decks, fences, solar panels, satellite dishes, or any other change to the exterior of your home should submit a changes and additions request to Raines HOA Management. The committee has 30 days to complete their review.
